1. Two side-plates in 4 mm steel, machine-cutted outside with pre- drilled holes in 4 mm, rivets for the center of motion for the lateral blade movement.
2. Plane sole in 6 mm steel with 90° laser-cutted outside and grooves for the dovetails, the anti scatter block riveted and the breaking through for the blade in twice 45° premilled
3. Blade in high alloyed steel and break-iron with screw, hardened to 61 HRC and pre-sharpened
4. Lever cap machine-cutted outside and screw
5. Closed handle in 4 pieces from Santos palisander band-sawed front-block, back-handle with middle section pre-rounded, sides pre-milled for the side plates with essential rivets and rivet bushings.
