Dear Mr. Fritsche,
thank you for all your assistance while building the shoulding plane. The plane has turned out better than I ever thought it would have. It is a wonderfull plane; not only beautifull, it produces shavings around .001 mm as well.
For all of you who read this, buy this plane. The design is wonderfull. The feel in your hands after the plane is finished is very, very comfortable. You will get the shavings you desire with a minimum on effort. All in all, you will get a thousand dollar plane for a fraction of the cost.

I'm a new woodworker geting started in the trade and have begun my tool collecting. I try and only get the best as I do not like being held back by my tools. My smoother for interlocking and figured grain is the A6 by Gerd fitsche. A very well made and beautiful looking plane. The best.

The A13 I received from Gerd Fritsche is superbly crafted and beautifully finiished. After putting it through its paces on some nasty interlocking grain, off which it took some whisper thin shavings, I am thoroughly pleased with the plane. It is, without doubt, the best smoother I have in use. More importantly, it is a joy to hold in one's hand for the sheer beauty of it.

I received my A7 shoulder plane yesterday from Gerd Fritsche.I have several norris planes that are constantly used in my work.After several hours of use I am convinced that Gerd's plane is better than the origional norris planes I have been using.My old planes are in fine condition so this is a fair comparison.I highly recommend Gerd's planes.
